Requirements

  • Education: Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Employment Relations Experience: Have experience in employment relations, including conducting investigations and resolution development.
  • Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills and ability to effectively interact with multiple levels of management.
  • Communication Skills: Have proven ability to effectively communicate and consult with multiple levels of management.
