We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Development Manager to join our team at SAP SE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, driving business growth, and executing our sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with our partners, focusing on defining and executing business goals aligned with our sales strategy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the IT landscape, opportunities, and whitespace in your assigned market unit.
  • Translate SAP's strategy and key initiatives into relevant business opportunities for our partners.
  • Develop a strong relationship with key stakeholders in your market unit to support your partners' business goals.
  • Execute regular revenue forecast pipeline, demand generation activities, and quarterly business reviews with your partners to review achievement and make changes to future targets as needed.
  • Coordinate and/or deliver targeted sessions to grow and develop your partners' businesses.
  • Orchestrate supporting teams to help partners drive revenue.
Requirements
  • Experience in a previous IT sales position (2+ years) is preferred.
  • Previous account or partner management experience is also preferred.
  • Proven experience in one of the following areas: account management in the software/IT industry sector, professional services & support roles, or understanding of partnership management in the IT space.
  • Confidence working across all levels in an organization and possessing strong stature and presence.
  • Demonstrable strong interpersonal and team-working abilities, coaching skills are an advantage.
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution abilities.
  • Creative thinking, willingness, and ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies.
  • Previous experience driving the full sales cycle.
  • A proactive and result-oriented team-player with strong communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, as the role will involve managing partners in North America.

SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity.
