Job Overview

As a successful State Farm Agent, we are seeking a qualified professional to join our winning team for the role of Account Manager. We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who is interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Must be available to work the following schedule: Tuesday - Saturday
