Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Concordance Healthcare Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and prospecting for new customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key members of the supply chain in each account.
  • Collaborate with support services to achieve high levels of service and resolve any issues associated with pricing, invoices, or other administrative problems.
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain personnel, clinicians, and executives to understand the needs of each account and develop a plan to fulfill them.
  • Manage inventory associated with each account to eliminate nonperforming assets and improve profitability.
  • Set appointments with key personnel to present and sell HCS products, improving margins and reducing costs for each account.
  • Develop a business plan for each account and incorporate it into the QBR process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 3 years of healthcare selling experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
