About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Executive to join our team at Madwell. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute marketing strategies that meet client objectives
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, project progress, and budget tracking
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in managing client relationships and delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions
