We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Altice USA. As a Community Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with leasing staff at multi-dwelling unit properties.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and maximize marketing agreement terms
  • Coordinating marketing events and cultivating relationships with sales, leasing staff, and HOA representatives
  • Conducting site and virtual visits to update and replenish sales collateral and educate leasing staff on new and existing product offers
  • Acting as a liaison between property management and internal teams to address service issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Tracking and reporting sales, events, visits, and property escalations

Requirements include:

  • Business development experience with a focus on new customer acquisition and relationship management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite programs
  • Strong people and relationship management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
