As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in empowering our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, protect global environments, and foster a better, greener future for all.

Key Responsibilities

Why this role is essential:

In this position, you will collaborate with our team of seasoned Recruiters to manage the flow of information between Recruiters, Candidates, and Internal clients. You will be actively involved in every stage of the hiring lifecycle, ensuring all parties remain engaged throughout the process. Your contributions will enhance the hiring experience by:
  • Participating in internal client intake meetings and posting job openings on corporate and external platforms.
  • Identifying potential leads, prospects, and applicants to initiate the recruitment process.
  • Utilizing our ATS (ICIMS) and CRM to manage hiring workflow requirements and meet KPIs.
  • Collaborating with experienced Recruiters on pipeline priorities and adjusting search efforts as necessary.
  • Coordinating pre-interview and post-interview meetings and preparing materials for both.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Assisting in the scheduling and coordination of activities involving hiring managers, teams, and candidates as needed.
  • Conducting reference checks on candidates within the hiring workflow.
  • Creating, managing, and sharing weekly reports on active hiring workflows.
Qualifications

Attributes of a successful Recruiting Coordinator:
  • Experience supporting senior management in large corporate environments or senior professionals in a professional services firm.
  • Proficient PC skills, including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative roles.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

  • Maintain professionalism in interactions with senior professionals both inside and outside the organization.
  • Make informed and timely decisions, knowing when to take ownership and when to involve others.
  • Respond appropriately to urgent situations and events requiring quick turnaround.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential obstacles before they escalate into issues.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail.
