As a Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to identify and onboard top-tier talent to support the company's expansion. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Engaging with local communities to build relationships that enhance applicant flow for critical positions.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to thoroughly understand and assess their staffing requirements.
  • Advising hiring managers on current employment trends to aid in their recruitment decisions.
  • Evaluating candidates for specialized roles and presenting the most suitable individuals to hiring managers.
  • Maintaining expertise in all aspects of recruitment, including compensation, benefits, and onboarding processes.
  • Conducting various screening methods, including phone, virtual, and in-person interviews for specialized roles.
  • Ensuring compliance in application and interview processes to mitigate company risk.
  • Coordinating candidate interviews via video or phone platforms for hiring managers.
  • Advertising job openings on various platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed as necessary.
  • Participating in job fairs to attract potential candidates.
  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including background checks and training schedules to ensure their success.
  • Supporting the recruitment process during peak seasons, particularly for entry-level positions.
  • Partnering with Human Resources and Employee Relations teams.
  • Communicating effectively with team members, vendors, and guests to uphold a positive company image.
  • Implementing strategic sourcing techniques to engage talent pools and promote career opportunities.
  • Performing additional duties as required.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two to three years of experience in recruitment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing candidates and driving applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
  • Experience in the leisure, hospitality, or entertainment sectors is advantageous.
Additional Considerations:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Position requires extensive walking and standing throughout the work shift.
  • Physical activities include kneeling, squatting, and reaching.
  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
  • Flexible scheduling is necessary, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willingness to adapt to different work locations based on business needs.
