Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to identify and onboard top-tier talent to support the company's expansion. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Engaging with local communities to build relationships that enhance applicant flow for critical positions.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to thoroughly understand and assess their staffing requirements.
- Advising hiring managers on current employment trends to aid in their recruitment decisions.
- Evaluating candidates for specialized roles and presenting the most suitable individuals to hiring managers.
- Maintaining expertise in all aspects of recruitment, including compensation, benefits, and onboarding processes.
- Conducting various screening methods, including phone, virtual, and in-person interviews for specialized roles.
- Ensuring compliance in application and interview processes to mitigate company risk.
- Coordinating candidate interviews via video or phone platforms for hiring managers.
- Advertising job openings on various platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed as necessary.
- Participating in job fairs to attract potential candidates.
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including background checks and training schedules to ensure their success.
- Supporting the recruitment process during peak seasons, particularly for entry-level positions.
- Partnering with Human Resources and Employee Relations teams.
- Communicating effectively with team members, vendors, and guests to uphold a positive company image.
- Implementing strategic sourcing techniques to engage talent pools and promote career opportunities.
- Performing additional duties as required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two to three years of experience in recruitment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing candidates and driving applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
- Experience in the leisure, hospitality, or entertainment sectors is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Position requires extensive walking and standing throughout the work shift.
- Physical activities include kneeling, squatting, and reaching.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
