We are in search of a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our expanding workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract candidates through specialized platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Monster, and Zip Recruiter.
- Conduct preliminary screening calls to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
- Facilitate interviews utilizing diverse methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical evaluations, and behavioral inquiries).
- Draft and publish detailed job descriptions for technical positions.
- Compose and distribute tailored recruiting emails to engage passive candidates regarding current openings.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Stay informed about emerging technological trends and innovations.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience as a Recruiter or Technical Recruiter; or in a sales capacity.
- Proficient in various interview techniques (i.e., telephone, Zoom/Teams, etc.).
- Technical knowledge with the ability to comprehend and articulate job specifications for our roles.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases, with a preference for Bullhorn.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Competent in MS Office applications.
Compensation Structure:
