HR Manager - Recruiting Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager - Recruiting Manager to lead our talent acquisition and human resources initiatives. This role will play a crucial part in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across all of our locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding new hires.
  • HR Operations Management: Oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and development of HR policies.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate closely with management teams to understand staffing needs and develop long-term recruitment and HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Employee Development: Create and implement engaging training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth within the company.
  • Retention Initiatives: Design and execute initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Compliance & Legal Adherence: Ensure all HR activities comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management and recruiting, preferably within the food service or hospitality industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
