  • Talent Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive interaction with our team.
  • Recruitment Tools and Technology: Utilize our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process and maintain accurate candidate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent working experience, with a high school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment, with a proven track record in high-volume recruiting, Microsoft Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems, and HRIS platforms.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong technology proficiency, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
