In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to attracting and cultivating a diverse workforce, focusing on providing an outstanding candidate and employee experience.


Sunrise Landscape and its affiliated companies operate multiple locations throughout Florida, with this position based in Tampa, FL, near the Westshore District. Please note that only candidates residing in the Tampa area will be considered and contacted.

Key Responsibilities:


Assist the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers in organizing interview schedules, conducting preliminary phone interviews, and guiding candidates through our hiring process.

Devise and implement innovative strategies to attract talent within our industry.

Plan and oversee the creation of a positive experience for candidates throughout their recruitment and hiring journey.

Manage the Applicant Tracking System and maintain vendor relationships.

Collaborate with internal team members to facilitate the onboarding process.

Generate weekly reports and dashboards to track hiring and recruitment metrics.

Edit and format documents, and assist with data entry tasks.


Oversee the pre-employment and onboarding processes for new hires, and serve as a backup for completing e-verify and I-9 documentation.


Support various Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives, including branding, marketing, diverse recruitment efforts (universities, trade schools, etc.), and outreach through social media.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree

Legal authorization to work in the United States.

1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in HR or Talent Acquisition.

Experience with Human Resource data systems is highly preferred.

Proficient with technology, social media, and creative recruitment strategies.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive information.

Strong sense of urgency, prioritization skills, and accountability.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. This is non-negotiable.

Additional Information:
Salary will be commensurate with experience, ranging from $50,000 to $53,000 annually, plus a 5% bonus.
