Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Drift Aerospace. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales office.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department
- Greet and assist incoming guests and business clients
- Perform various secretarial duties as instructed by management
- Organize and maintain documents and files
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Schedule calendar meetings and conferences
- Supervise staff and new employees
- Coordinate with other organizations for internal projects and tasks
- Implement administrative procedures
- Assist with coordinating business travel
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Must be computer literate
- Must be willing to work in an office setting environment
- Must be literate with Microsoft programs
- Must be able to follow basic tasks such as documenting inventory, sending emails, etc.
- Must be able to process orders for office supplies and materials
- Must be able to track shipments for deliveries to and from the sales office
- Must be able to assist in directing incoming calls to the proper department
- Must keep the front office in an orderly fashion
