Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Drift Aerospace. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department
  • Greet and assist incoming guests and business clients
  • Perform various secretarial duties as instructed by management
  • Organize and maintain documents and files
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Schedule calendar meetings and conferences
  • Supervise staff and new employees
  • Coordinate with other organizations for internal projects and tasks
  • Implement administrative procedures
  • Assist with coordinating business travel
Requirements
  • Must be able to work as part of a team
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be willing to work in an office setting environment
  • Must be literate with Microsoft programs
  • Must be able to follow basic tasks such as documenting inventory, sending emails, etc.
  • Must be able to process orders for office supplies and materials
  • Must be able to track shipments for deliveries to and from the sales office
  • Must be able to assist in directing incoming calls to the proper department
  • Must keep the front office in an orderly fashion
  • Must be self-motivated
