Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Seminole Gaming. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and guest service team, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
  • Conduct regular room inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • At least three years of front desk experience, preferably in a casino or hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
