Solar Champs LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our team in the renewable energy sector. As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars and schedules, coordinating appointments and events to ensure seamless operations.
- Draft and prepare various correspondences and formal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Extend a warm welcome to visitors and provide exceptional assistance during their time at our office.
- Handle inbound telephone inquiries promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate contacts as needed.
- Establish and maintain well-organized filing systems to streamline access to important documents and information.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to prioritize customer inquiries and support the sales team with timely responses.
- Liaise effectively with regulatory jurisdictions to facilitate the timely submission and receipt of permits for solar installations.
- Maintain meticulous project notes and updates to ensure clear communication and progress tracking.
- Previous experience in office administration or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of administrative tasks.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and responsibilities with ease, showcasing strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean and professional appearance, reflecting pride in personal work and upholding quality standards.
