This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a positive work environment by managing facilities, logistics, employee support, and fostering a vibrant company culture. As the face of our Nashville office, you'll be the first point of contact for all guests and in-office employees.

You'll oversee Charlie Health facilities, including supervising office maintenance, stocking supplies and equipment, and enforcing high standards of cleanliness and organization. You'll also coordinate logistics for on-site guests, including building access, mail and packages, and employee onboarding/moves.

In addition to these responsibilities, you'll support employee engagement, serve as a culture ambassador, and organize company-sponsored events, such as happy hours and weekly company lunches. You'll maintain relationships with corporate hotel partners, negotiate agreements, and ensure smooth arrangements for employee travel and accommodations.

We're looking for someone with 2+ years of professional experience in an office management role, who can foster a positive culture, engage employees, and possess strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in G-Suite and event planning software is a must.
