Role Overview:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in directing and supervising the sales efforts of manufacturer representatives within your designated region. Your role encompasses crafting sales strategies, establishing objectives, analyzing market dynamics, and fostering robust relationships with key clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and assist manufacturer representatives to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Engage in collaborative sales meetings and presentations with manufacturer representatives
  • Monitor sales performance indicators and generate reports on sales projections
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical practices
  • Remain informed about product developments and industry trends
  • Participate in industry conferences to enhance market visibility

Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline

A minimum of five years of sales experience within the electrical manufacturing sector

A proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets

Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

Capability to work autonomously and travel up to 60% of the time

Alignment with the core values of the company

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the utility relay panel manufacturing sector

Background in collaborating with independent sales representatives
