Compensation: $53,000 - $90,000 annual salary with unlimited earning potential

Role Overview:
As a Sales Territory Consultant, you will play a vital role in a high-performing sales team dedicated to fostering growth through direct sales efforts aimed at small business clients in the telecommunications sector. Your ability to cultivate strong relationships will be essential in meeting sales objectives and enhancing market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with team and organizational goals.
- Set and pursue ambitious sales targets.
- Engage with small business clients in person to promote technology solutions.
- Assess client needs and deliver customized solutions while ensuring exceptional service.
- Utilize proprietary systems for territory and sales funnel management.
- Exhibit professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate sales contracts effectively.
- Drive product adoption and identify upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales within the telecommunications industry.
- Minimum of one year of B2B direct sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in consultative sales to small businesses.
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
