Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Develop and execute program strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Strategic Planning: Set clear objectives, leverage data analytics to drive improvements, and achieve key performance metrics.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaboration with internal and external partners, navigate ambiguities, and resolve complex business scenarios.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, preventing them from escalating into major issues.
  • Project Budgeting: Manage and communicate project budgets effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of program or project management experience, with a proven track record of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation Logistics, or related field.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL, with experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: 6+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership, with experience in stakeholder management and process improvements.
