About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Orchestration Lead to join our team at Mediabistro. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing programs that drive business growth and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive client acquisition, retention, and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver personalized client experiences across digital channels.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize marketing programs and improve client engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Mediabistro remains competitive.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and client experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud and other digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of agile marketing methodologies and processes.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
