About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Orchestration Lead to join our team at Truist. As a key member of our Personalization team, you will be responsible for directing the development and implementation of real-time marketing offers in authenticated client and teammate channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute programs that increase acquisition, retention, profitability, and cross-sell of clients across Truist's product lines.
  • Develop digital marketing channels and tactics to increase product adoption and utilization.
  • Collaborate with lines of business and marketing strategists to support product-specific programs that assist in achieving business goals through digital marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of consumer behavior models and user journeys, and how they are applied to banking products and services.
  • Leverage web analytics and performance data to develop and refine digital marketing programs, improve conversion rates, and enhance client experiences across digital devices.
  • Maintain appropriate reporting capabilities to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate the value of web properties and digital marketing strategies to business stakeholders.
  • Stay current on changes taking place in the digital environment, research and evaluate industry trends, the competitive environment, and emerging technologies, and adjust programs accordingly to ensure Truist remains at a competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and related training.
  • Five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the Marketing discipline.
  • Experience managing projects or project work streams and working as an individual contributor.
  • Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and the factors that differentiate Truist and its competitors in the market.
  • Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree or MBA and previous experience in the banking industry.
  • Experience developing digital marketing programs that drive traffic and conversions.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply agile marketing methodologies and processes to large enterprise, cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop programs that break long-term goals into short-term wins to facilitate learning, quick iteration, with shorter time to market and return on investment.
  • Working knowledge of American Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance requirements.
  • Experience with Adobe products (AEM, Target, and Analytics, Audience Manager, and Adobe Cloud).
  • Experience with API development, market automation platforms, content management systems, A/B multivariate testing, and personalization tools.
