Senior Marketing Coordinator

At Catapult, we are seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator who will develop engaging marketing collateral and proposals that bolster our business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a background in the A/E/C industry and demonstrate proficiency across various marketing disciplines, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media engagement. The marketing coordinator must excel in multitasking, managing multiple diverse projects concurrently while adhering to strict deadlines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in crafting and executing the company's branding strategy.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives align with both immediate and long-term business objectives by identifying and implementing enhancements in processes, content, and lead generation.
  • Support the creation and upkeep of company websites and social media platforms.
  • Engage and maintain relationships with professional and community organizations.
  • Serve as the marketing liaison for new project pursuits.
  • Collaborate with business development and operations teams to produce high-quality proposals, qualifications packages, and presentation materials.
  • Oversee proposal content for compliance and quality assurance prior to final review by the Marketing Manager.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of marketing content, reusable assets, and templates to streamline the proposal development process.
  • Update and manage project and personnel information within the CRM database.
  • Ensure team resumes are current and accurately reflect experience and qualifications.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior marketing personnel.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities based on individual strengths, interests, and organizational needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a marketing or related field.
  • At least 2 years of proposal development experience preferred in the A/E/C sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and practices.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in proofreading and grammar.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to drive proposal deadlines and track progress against benchmarks.
  • Demonstrated creativity in utilizing graphics (such as images, charts, and diagrams) to enhance written communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
