The Digital Marketing Orchestration Manager will collaborate with a diverse team to oversee the creation and execution of real-time marketing initiatives in authenticated client and team channels, aimed at promoting and selling Mediabistro's offerings to enhance client acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth.

Key responsibilities include gathering business requirements for support programs, applying agile methodologies to team agreements, analyzing performance metrics for continuous improvement, and working with stakeholders to develop experiences that meet measurable business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement programs for Mediabistro's online platforms to boost client acquisition, retention, profitability, and cross-selling across product lines.
  • Develop digital marketing strategies to enhance product adoption and usage.
  • Collaborate with business units and marketing strategists to support product-specific initiatives that align with business objectives through digital marketing.
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior and user journeys, applying this knowledge to banking products and services to increase awareness and acquisition.
  • Utilize web analytics and performance data to refine digital marketing initiatives, enhance conversion rates, and improve client experiences across digital platforms. Maintain reporting capabilities to track KPIs and communicate the effectiveness of digital strategies to stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create innovative client experiences while adapting to changing business dynamics.
  • Stay informed on digital market trends, evaluating competitive landscapes and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on measuring outcomes and deriving actionable insights.
QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Experience managing projects or work streams as an individual contributor.
  • Understanding of the competitive landscape and differentiators in the market.
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively to diverse audiences and build consensus among stakeholders.
  • Capability to mentor and guide less experienced team members.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or MBA with prior experience in the banking sector.
  • Experience in developing digital marketing programs that drive traffic and conversions.
  • Proven ability to apply agile marketing methodologies in large, cross-functional teams.
  • Skill in breaking down long-term goals into short-term achievements for quick learning and iteration.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements related to the American Disabilities Act.
  • Experience with Adobe products and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of API development, content management systems, and personalization tools.

Manual Dexterity / Keyboarding:

Able to work all scheduled hours, including overtime as needed.
