Position Objective

The Senior Content Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with the Senior Communications Manager and the Marketing Communications team to devise and implement both internal and external communication strategies for the organization. This role will serve as the primary marketing liaison for various teams, ensuring alignment of strategies, key deliverables, and objectives for marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to produce strategic marketing content that supports various organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement an organic social media strategy, coordinating with internal teams for necessary posts.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to execute paid social media initiatives across multiple platforms.
  • Oversee incoming marketing project requests related to various teams.
  • Analyze and report on content performance metrics to the Marketing Communications team and leadership.
  • Manage the collection of digital assets for partner recognition and social media postings.
  • Ensure proper organization of digital assets within the management system.
  • Lead community engagement on social media platforms.
  • Assist in creating content for ReStore as needed.
Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 3 years in communications, social media, or content creation

• Proficient in digital marketing analytics, social media management, and email marketing tools

• Strong initiative, task prioritization, time management, and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail

• Highly organized and focused on deadlines

Photography and videography experience is highly desirable.

Work Environment

This role primarily involves working indoors in an office environment, along with travel between locations as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in an office setting, requiring communication skills and manual dexterity for managing documents and technology

• Capacity to maintain focus on tasks for extended periods, including computer use and phone communication

• Must provide personal transportation for local events and assignments
