Position Overview

The Lead Content Marketing Strategist will collaborate closely with the Senior Communications Manager and the Marketing Communications team to devise and implement communication strategies for both internal and external audiences. This role will serve as the primary marketing liaison for Family Services, Partnerships, and Advocacy teams, ensuring alignment of strategies, key deliverables, and marketing communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop strategic marketing content that supports Family Services, Partnerships, and Donor initiatives.
  • Design and implement an organic social media strategy, working with internal teams to plan and execute necessary posts.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Oversee incoming marketing project requests related to Family Services, Advocacy, and Partnerships.
  • Analyze and report on content performance metrics and key performance indicators to the Marketing Communications team and leadership.
  • Manage the collection of digital assets to enhance partner recognition and facilitate social media postings.
  • Ensure accurate storage of digital assets within the digital asset management system.
  • Lead community engagement on social media platforms.
  • Assist in the creation of ReStore content, including images and videos, as required.
