Position Overview

Join our dynamic team at Hertz as a Fleet Maintenance Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational excellence of our vehicle maintenance processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for all maintenance operations.
  • Oversee daily maintenance activities and ensure adherence to service standards.
  • Manage the maintenance team, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure timely service for all vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate records and process all related invoices efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within vehicle maintenance.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance practices and rental car operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in communication, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members effectively.
  • Computer literacy with strong typing skills is essential.
Additional Information:
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
