As a key member of our compensation and benefits team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing compensation plans, programs, and policies that are competitive with the identified market, internally equitable, and aligned with the company, brand, and business organization objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop compensation plans, programs, and policies that meet the company's business needs and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive compensation levels and structures.
  • Collaborate with the compensation and benefits team to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, and codes.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions, classifications, and compensation structures for all positions within the company.
  • Provide counsel to management on compensation-related matters and ensure that compensation policies and practices are aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
  • Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Finance, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with increasing level of responsibility.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership and management of a team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of compensation administration and project management.
  • Ability to manage the analysis of data and information collection methods to be applied against specific standards, compliance, or targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills and the ability to present to business leaders at Director level.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
