THE ROLE

We are seeking travel enthusiasts who excel in customer service for our depot operations. As a key representative of our company, you will report directly to the Operations Area Manager for North America. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer service, maintain our fleet of campervans, and effectively manage all operational aspects of the depot.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all incoming rentals, coordinating check-ins and check-outs while managing team activities;
  • Address customer complaints, emergencies, and any local issues to ensure seamless operations;
  • Train, supervise, and mentor your team (1 to 3 members);
  • Prepare and clean campervans, monitoring maintenance and repair needs;
  • Manage fleet logistics, ensuring campervans are kept in excellent condition;
  • Establish a network of vendors and external partners to support depot operations;
  • Control workforce scheduling based on activities, manage inventory, and oversee stock;
  • Assist in the resale of campervans, preparing and showcasing them to potential buyers.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A travel enthusiast with a strong customer service background, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team management role;
  • Fluency in English is essential;
  • Eligibility to work in the US, a valid driver's license, and confidence in driving a campervan are mandatory;
  • Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays;
  • A responsible individual who is dependable and takes their work seriously.
