Director of Front Office Operations

At Hilton Charlotte University Place, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Front Office Operations to join our team. As a key member of our front office leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and direction to front office staff, including the Guest Services Manager, Front Desk Agents, and Night Audit. Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes excellent customer service and teamwork.
  • Guest Service: Ensure that all guest requests are handled efficiently and effectively, and that our front desk provides professional and friendly service to our customers.
  • Operations Management: Manage all day-to-day operations, including staff levels, controllable expenses, and guest satisfaction results. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate activities with other hotel departments to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction. Provide regular updates to executives, peers, and subordinates on relevant information.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 years of front office management experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze information and evaluate results, and a strong customer service focus.
