Job Title: Front Office Manager

McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is seeking a highly skilled Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a healthcare setting and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support front office staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Schedule and delegate tasks to ensure efficient coverage and high standards of customer service.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss updates, feedback, and operational improvements.
  • Lead the hiring, training, and performance evaluations for front office staff.
  • Handle escalated client concerns or issues with timely and appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry, filing, and document preparation by the front office team.
  • Implement and improve front office procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Resolve any issues relating to client accounts.
  • Assist staff with financial contract management.
  • Assist in authorization management, if needed.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and ordered as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client records and sensitive information.
Requirements:
  • Minimum high school diploma, higher degree preferred.
  • Prior office experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Management or leadership experience preferred.
