About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Front Office to lead our front office team at the JW Marriott Charlotte. As a key member of our hotel leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and associate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute departmental strategies to drive guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and associate engagement.
- Lead and manage the front office team, providing coaching, development, and performance management.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations, with a focus on front office management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage financials and drive business results.
