Job Description

At Precision Office Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Director of Operations to oversee and streamline all facets of our commercial furniture installation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, optimizing processes, and driving growth and efficiency across multiple projects and locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and organize all operational functions, including project scheduling, resource management, and quality control.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination across all project stages.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage budgets, project costs, and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, labor laws, and industry standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and performance excellence within the operations team.
  • Implement and maintain effective administrative procedures related to client onboarding, scheduling, warehouse management, and project reporting.
  • Manage team performance and growth, including recruitment, training, and development of staff.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the commercial furniture installation or related industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of project management software, time-tracking tools, and Google Workspace.
