Job Title: Hotel Front Office Manager

At Courtyard by Marriott - Charlotte Airport/Billy Graham Parkway, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Office Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to the front office team during peak periods.
  • Ensure seamless customer service experiences by handling all customer-related tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Review and reconcile Guest Ledger Reports daily to ensure all in-house guests have the necessary payment requirements.
  • Address and resolve Guest Voice notifications within the required timeframe.
  • Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure accurate room recording in Fosse and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with Bistro restaurant operations as needed.
  • Ensure all associates are in uniform and name tags are worn correctly.
  • Hold a valid North Carolina driver's license and be willing to drive the hotel shuttle.
  • Manage scheduling and stay within budgeted guidelines.
  • Maintain inventory levels for front desk supplies.
  • Be willing to cover open shifts as needed.

Requirements:

  • Marriott experience with a focus on Fosse, GXP, MGS, and Marriott training standards.
  • Experience in food and beverage is a plus.
