Overview

Are you an experienced claims professional with expertise in general and premise liability, passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to clients and claimants?

This dedicated client team serves a significant nationwide retailer.

With a strong emphasis on customer service and outstanding claims management, you will foster relationships with clients to achieve amicable resolutions for liability claims.

This team of claims experts handles a variety of caseloads, including fast track, mid-level, and complex litigated files. Thus, regardless of your current career stage, there are opportunities for growth.

How You'll Make an Impact

Supervise:


Lead and motivate a liability claims team managing diverse caseloads to ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery.


Promote Best Practices:
Guide the claims team to process claims in alignment with GB's Best Practices.

Drive Talent:
Oversee the hiring and training of adjusters, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.

Manage Workloads:
Set team objectives, inspire performance, and effectively allocate workloads to optimize efficiency.

Utilize Technology:
Leverage Gallagher's technology to enhance team efficiency and overall service quality.

Client Communication:
Engage with clients, carriers, and brokers in a professional, positive, and proactive manner.

Prioritize and Develop:
Skillfully manage multiple competing priorities, identify coaching opportunities, and position team members for successful growth.
About You

Ideal candidates for this position will possess:

Claims Background:
General Liability experience.

Prior Leadership Experience:
Experience managing General Liability claims adjusters.

Jurisdictional Experience:
Open to all jurisdictions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant claims experience
  • Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all applicable jurisdictions
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all team member-related functions
