We are currently in search of a skilled Bodily Injury Claims Specialist who excels in managing both Non-Attorney Represented and Attorney Represented claims.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine commitment to resolving customer claim issues promptly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
:
+ Oversee all facets of claim resolution, including investigation, communication, negotiation, and settlement. + Provide a customer-centric claims experience. + Execute comprehensive coverage and liability investigations to achieve fair and amicable settlements, encompassing both Property Damage and Bodily Injury claims, whether they are Attorney represented or Non-attorney represented.
Qualifications
:
+ At least 3 years of experience in automobile claims liability. + Proficient negotiation and settlement abilities. + Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks. + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. + Customer-focused approach, demonstrating patience and empathy. + Ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgment. + Willingness to handle increasingly complex and severe cases involving both Property Damage and Bodily Injury. + Self-driven team player. + High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred. + Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
