Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or laboratory settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional skills that may enhance your candidacy include:

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Five years of experience in quality or engineering roles, particularly in processes related to coating, crushing, or screening.
  • Experience in the mining sector.
  • Familiarity with auditing processes.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in managing customer and supplier relationships.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
  • Project management experience with stakeholder influence.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data analytics.
