Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in formal reviews of business/functional requirements and application design to ensure alignment with quality standards.
  • Develop and execute test plans to identify and report defects, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Design and document test cases to ensure comprehensive testing of software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members on testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our testing processes remain current and effective.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
  • Proven experience with software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Expertise in automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and SoapUI.
  • Strong understanding of source control and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools.
  • Experience working with web-based applications, web services (SOAP/REST), and database systems.
  • Extensive experience with DevOps tools, such as Jira/Xray, Selenium, GitLab, and Octopus Deploy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
