The successful candidate will possess a robust background in comprehensive recruiting processes, encompassing both client engagement and candidate placement. As a Full Desk Recruiter, your role will involve overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and screening candidates to fostering new client partnerships and finalizing placements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Development: Discover and cultivate new business prospects through networking, outreach, and leveraging established connections.
  • Client Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, comprehending their hiring requirements, and delivering customized recruiting solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Employ diverse sourcing techniques, including professional networks, social platforms, and referrals, to attract high-caliber talent.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Execute comprehensive candidate evaluations and interviews to gauge skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Job Matching: Align qualified candidates with suitable job openings based on their competencies, experiences, and career aspirations.
  • Offer Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including discussions on compensation, benefits, and contractual agreements.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep an organized and current candidate pipeline utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Market Research: Remain updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and talent market conditions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the recruiting team and other departments to meet business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in full desk recruiting, including client engagement and candidate placement.
  • In-depth understanding of the technical recruiting landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and dedication to excellence.
