Position Title: People Partner

Role Summary:

The People Partner plays a crucial role in aligning organizational goals with the needs of employees and management within specific business units. Acting as a consultant, this position addresses human resource-related matters, serving as both a change agent and advocate for employees. The focus is on enhancing workforce capabilities, boosting organizational performance, and ensuring adherence to the company's core values and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to comprehend their objectives and challenges, providing tailored HR support and strategic advice.
  • Design and execute HR strategies and initiatives that resonate with the business goals of the assigned departments.
  • Serve as a reliable advisor to management on various human resources issues, including workforce planning, organizational growth, and employee relations.
  • Lead the rollout of HR programs such as performance management, talent development, and succession planning within the business units.
  • Act as a primary resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
  • Facilitate the resolution of complex employee relations challenges, conducting thorough and impartial investigations when necessary.
  • Encourage a positive and inclusive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and promoting open dialogue.
  • Assist in the talent acquisition process by partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and ensure an efficient recruitment experience.
  • Work alongside the Learning & Development team to pinpoint training needs and coordinate the delivery of developmental programs.
  • Support career advancement initiatives, aiding employees in mapping their career trajectories and offering coaching and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to navigate organizational changes, including restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and other transformations.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies that minimize resistance while maximizing employee engagement and acceptance.
  • Guide managers through the performance evaluation process, ensuring fair and consistent assessments.
  • Provide coaching to managers on delivering feedback, establishing performance objectives, and managing underperformance.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for enhancement, making recommendations to improve employee outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies in all HR practices and procedures.
  • Monitor HR metrics and leverage data-driven insights to inform decisions and mitigate risks.
  • Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions in line with company policy and legal standards.
  • Drive initiatives that foster employee engagement and ensure alignment with the organization's values and culture.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to strengthen a sense of community and shared objectives.
  • Lead or engage in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to cultivate a more inclusive workplace.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist or business partner capacity.
  • Strong grasp of HR practices, including employee relations, talent management, and performance evaluation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to forge strong relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with a focus on identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
