Earning Potential: With typical fees ranging from $40,000 to $100,000 and a commission structure that can reach up to 50%, our recruitment specialists have the opportunity to significantly boost their income by connecting with some of the most sought-after technical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a comprehensive 360-degree recruitment role, focusing on building a market presence in Software Engineering, ERP, Cloud, or DevOps.
  • Establish and nurture client relationships with both new and existing accounts in specialized technical sectors through effective business development strategies.
  • Create compelling job advertisements that attract top talent.
  • Enhance brand visibility in the region through active participation in social media and networking.
  • Organize and host technology-focused webinars and roundtable discussions, as well as attend relevant industry events.
  • Mentor junior consultants by demonstrating consistent billing success and promoting best practices.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Demonstrated experience as a 360-degree agency recruiter is essential.
  • A proven track record in developing new business opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Previous experience in sales and negotiation is advantageous.
  • A motivated, ambitious, and resilient mindset is crucial.
