Job Overview

Position Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Role Summary: The Senior HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in ensuring that human resources practices are closely aligned with the strategic goals of the organization. This position works in collaboration with executive leadership and various business units to fulfill HR requirements, enhance workforce effectiveness, and implement impactful HR strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with executive leadership to comprehend business objectives and formulate HR strategies that support and enhance those aims.
  • Spearhead efforts to attract, nurture, and retain high-caliber talent, focusing on workforce planning, recruitment, and succession planning.
  • Address intricate employee relations matters, offering counsel on HR policies, and fostering a positive and compliant workplace environment.
  • Supervise performance management systems, including goal establishment, feedback mechanisms, and development pathways to promote high performance and career advancement.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to pinpoint and fulfill organizational development requirements, including training initiatives, change management, and team dynamics.
  • Execute and oversee HR programs and policies that bolster business objectives while ensuring adherence to legal standards.
  • Leverage HR metrics and analytics to evaluate the success of HR initiatives and provide informed recommendations for enhancements.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with business leaders and employees to effectively manage HR challenges and facilitate organizational transformation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR, emphasizing business partnership, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Demonstrated capability to devise and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and enhance organizational performance.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for influencing and collaborating with senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with a background in utilizing data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
