Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a VP, Global Talent Business Partners. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in driving our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of approximately 20+ employees to achieve business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic Talent Partner to designated senior executives, providing guidance and support to drive business results.
  • Leverage deep understanding of the business to translate business strategy into impactful talent, engagement, and organization strategies that drive company growth.
  • Engage with business leaders to ensure organizational effectiveness and optimal organizational design, driving business outcomes and results.
  • Mature our HR Generalist function to support our global workforce, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business success.
  • Partner and collaborate across the Global HR Talent Organization, sharing information and providing thought leadership to optimize business value.
  • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress towards shared goals, driving business outcomes and results.
  • Develop and implement organizational structures globally to maximize productivity and scale, driving business growth and success.
  • Partner with business leaders to build our global expansion strategy and drive implementation, driving business outcomes and results.
  • Use data to measure success, learn, iterate, and improve, analyzing trends and developing proactive actions to support business objectives.
  • Assist with team change processes as the company meets the challenges of hyper-growth and the need to be on a global scale, driving business outcomes and results.
  • Establish employee relations best practices, driving business outcomes and results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a Master's degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Years of relevant business operations and Human Resources experience, with a proven track record of driving business results.
  • Leadership experience in a global HR function at a high-growth tech industry for a medium-to-large size company (5,000+ employees, and $1B+ in revenue).
  • Inspirational and data-driven leader passionate about building amazing organizations, with a strong track record of driving business results.
  • Strategic orientation and critical thinking skills with the ability to align and integrate talent and workforce management programs towards a holistic global approach to localization and business applicability.
  • Demonstrated success in driving process improvements in a global workplace, inclusive leadership style, developing high-performing team members, and influencing, leading, and facilitating large-scale strategic initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills across levels, with an ability to persuade and influence, and the ability to build enthusiasm and commitment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment, driving business outcomes and results.
