Job Overview

The B2B Sales Executive is essential in propelling revenue growth for LIA by actively seeking and engaging new business prospects across our diverse offerings, which include online and classroom training, exhibit spaces, event sponsorships, and corporate memberships. Through strategic lead generation, relationship management, and effective communication, the Sales Executive develops a robust pipeline of qualified leads and successfully closes deals that enhance our reach and influence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Employ various channels to identify potential clients, assess market dynamics, and maintain a steady stream of qualified leads.
  • Event Representation: Collaborate with the LIA Marketing team to effectively plan and execute LIA's participation in industry events, including booth management, logistics, lead acquisition, and follow-up activities.
  • Client Relationship Development: Establish and nurture strong connections with both prospective and existing clients, comprehending their requirements and offering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully navigate negotiations and finalize agreements to surpass individual sales objectives.
  • Market and Competitor Insights: Remain updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and lead generation efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, technical) to facilitate the sales process.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Keep precise records and reports to monitor progress, inform sales forecasting, and support data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated capability to independently generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales.
  • Strong presentation and written communication abilities.
  • Effective task prioritization skills.
  • Proficient negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills in cross-functional settings.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, exhibiting a strong work ethic and a relentless pursuit of success.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 5-10 times annually.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical knowledge in laser technologies, applications, or industry trends.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM and data analysis tools.
  • Data-oriented approach with skills in market research and competitor analysis.
  • Confidence and proficiency in delivering impactful presentations.
