Job Summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our branch serving the staffing industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating sales opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a sales plan to achieve both personal and company-set sales targets.
  • Engage with Customers: Regularly interact with current and potential customers to offer solutions and oversee all sales activities within your designated territory.
  • Lead a Team: Supervise a team of recruiters to ensure timely fulfillment of open job orders.
  • Report Sales Activities: Submit regular reports on sales activities through the company's CRM software and maintain accurate records for all leads and customers.
  • Adhere to Company Procedures: Strictly follow all company procedures, values, and policies to provide an authentic representation of the company to potential and existing customers.
  • Manage Expenses: Execute duties with efficiency, identify opportunities to reduce costs, and keep records of all job-related expenses for submission to the accounting department.
  • Collaborate with Accounts Receivable: Work with the accounts receivable department to ensure prompt and full payment of all invoices by customers.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2-3 Years of Sales Experience: Required; outside sales experience preferred.
  • Staffing Industry Experience: Preferred but not required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Cold Calling and Sales Presentations: Comfortable making cold calls and giving sales presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Communications: A related field is preferred.
  • Experience in Staffing or Outside Industrial Sales: A plus.
