North American Roofing is a prominent commercial roofing contractor operating across the United States. We are currently seeking a B2B Sales professional with a proven track record in developing regional accounts to drive our growth in the market.

Role Overview:

We are in search of a dynamic sales individual to contribute to our national success. If you possess a strong sales leadership background and excel in independent and remote work while successfully closing significant sales and fostering relationships, we would like to discuss your potential fit for this role.

Job Purpose:

The primary objective of this position is to enhance regional sales across all commercial roofing business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass annual sales targets for reroofing and service.
  • Proactively identify and cultivate new accounts through various outreach methods.
  • Establish connections with decision-makers in regional accounts to unlock business opportunities.
  • Coordinate meetings with key stakeholders to explore roofing sales prospects.
  • Manage and nurture existing regional accounts while building strong relationships.
  • Conduct meetings with stakeholders through in-person, virtual, and conference call formats.
  • Develop customer relationships, create presentation materials, and successfully close accounts.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals for the assigned territory.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience with a focus on solution selling.
  • Experience in facilities management or commercial construction sales is preferred.
  • Exceptional skills in relationship building, presentations, problem-solving, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Proficient in managing client expectations throughout the sales process.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in challenging sales scenarios.
  • Ability to meet productivity goals as defined by organizational metrics.
  • Physical capability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned regional territory.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and CRM software.
