Position Overview:
We are seeking driven and proactive individuals to become part of our outside sales team, focusing on promoting the services of AT&T Business Solutions and AT&T Residential. Our expansion efforts are targeting various regions, and we are committed to equipping you with comprehensive training and ongoing support to thrive in this role. Our commission structure offers the potential to earn between $60,000 and $80,000 or more annually, with no cap on earnings. Your success is our priority, and we are dedicated to providing you with the necessary tools to excel.

Target Market:
Our clientele includes a diverse range of business owners, from large corporations to small local enterprises, as well as residential customers, contributing to our growth in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in AT&T products and services, effectively communicating their benefits to potential clients.
  • Create pricing quotes for DTV, Internet, and Phone services, demonstrating cost savings compared to current offerings.
  • Engage with business owners to identify and develop sales opportunities.
  • Generate a minimum of 10 self-sourced B2B leads and 1 Residential lead per shift.
  • Visit assigned leads provided by management.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in B2B sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Ability to travel for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout your shift.
  • Availability for daytime shifts, Monday through Friday.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Access to a personal iPad is required (one will be provided if not available).

Compensation:

The compensation structure includes a monthly draw of $1,600, distributed over a four-week period.
