Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Role Summary:
A Field Sales Executive is responsible for proactively identifying, acquiring, and maintaining client relationships to promote and sell products or services. This role involves extensive travel and face-to-face interactions with clients to meet sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients within the designated territory. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.

Product Expertise:
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product/service offerings, industry developments, and competitor activities to effectively communicate benefits to clients.

Market Analysis:
Continuously assess market trends, customer requirements, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and challenges.

Sales Demonstrations:
Conduct in-person meetings, deliver compelling sales presentations, and perform product demonstrations tailored to client needs and concerns.

Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to finalize sales agreements, ensuring successful closure of deals.

Client Relationship Management:
Foster and maintain strong client relationships, attract new prospects, ensure client satisfaction, and address any issues promptly.

Customer Support:
Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner to uphold high satisfaction levels.

Sales Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, developing strategies to surpass company goals.

Travel Requirements:
Travel within the assigned sales territory to meet clients, attend trade shows, and engage in industry events.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Demonstrated success in a similar outside sales role with a proven track record.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Results-driven and self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales objectives.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in the C-store, vape, and tobacco sectors is essential.
Background in B2B sales is preferred.
