North American Roofing is a prominent commercial roofing contractor operating across the United States. We are currently seeking a B2B Sales professional with a proven track record in developing regional accounts to support our growth initiatives.
Position Overview:
We are in search of a dynamic sales professional to enhance our national presence. If you possess strong leadership skills and a history of successfully closing significant sales through relationship building, we would like to discuss your potential fit for this role.
Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this position is to expand regional sales across all commercial roofing service lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and surpass annual sales targets for reroofing and service projects.
- Proactively identify and cultivate new accounts through various outreach methods including cold calling, social media, and face-to-face interactions.
- Establish connections with decision-makers within regional accounts to unlock business opportunities.
- Coordinate meetings with key stakeholders to explore roofing sales prospects.
- Manage and nurture existing regional accounts, fostering relationships with essential personnel.
- Conduct meetings, both in-person and virtually, with all relevant parties to align with company objectives.
- Develop customer relationships, create presentation materials, and effectively close sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals within the designated territory.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, particularly in solution selling.
- Experience in facilities management or commercial construction sales is preferred.
- Strong abilities in relationship management, presentation skills, problem-solving, prospecting, and closing sales.
- Proficient in managing client expectations throughout the sales process from initial engagement to service delivery.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in challenging sales scenarios.
- Proven ability to meet productivity targets as set by organizational metrics.
- Physical capability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must maintain a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regional territory.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required for corporate meetings.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and CRM software is essential.
