About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at BSW Group Inc. Defunct. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver effective presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting quotas and closing deals.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and experience with various sales strategies.
