About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Jobot. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by identifying, targeting, and securing profitable business opportunities in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify and secure profitable business opportunities in the construction industry.
- Make telephone calls and in-person visits to existing and prospective customers to build relationships and close deals.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and other business development activities.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Proven 2+ years of experience as a B2B Sales Representative or similar role.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Familiarity with business relationship management (BRM) and customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Knowledge of the construction industry, including market trends and sales dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred.
